Before the chair, after the chair
Guests want to reach you, just not the way you picked
Some guests DM on Instagram, some want to call, some prefer WhatsApp or a quick form. One small button that opens every route keeps them on the page instead of hunting for a contact link.

Questions at the chair
Floating widgets: your questions answered
Straight answers about floating widgets: what it changes in GoHighLevel, what it leaves alone and which package includes it.
What is a GHL floating chat widget?
It is a single launcher button, usually in a corner, that opens a set of contact options such as WhatsApp, call, SMS, social links, a form or a booking page. It works on websites and inside GoHighLevel.
Which package includes floating widgets?
Full Makeover ($737 one-time), with all 51 templates and up to 10 widgets live at once.
Does it replace the GoHighLevel chat widget?
It can sit alongside it or include it as one channel. Many salons use the floating widget for WhatsApp, Instagram and booking, and keep GoHighLevel chat for web chat.
Can it show different channels outside opening hours?
Yes. Set business hours, hide channels such as calls when closed, and show an away message.
Where do form submissions go?
To GoHighLevel (with Full Makeover), a webhook or email. You can also embed your own GoHighLevel form instead.
Are the social icons official?
Yes. The 34 supported networks use their official icons.
Can I target it to certain pages?
Yes. On websites target by page, new or returning visitors and device; inside GoHighLevel, target the agency or chosen sub-accounts.
Will it cover my booking button on mobile?
Choose the position and launcher size, and check the phone view in the preview before you publish.
